  • CREATE INVOICE *
    To create a new invoice for an existing customer press * Add new invoice *.

    Fill out the information on the invoice header.
    If you choose a project retrieved linked data such as mission, företagsnr, paying, payment terms, etc. to the invoice header.
    Should you create a manual invoice without projects and assignments then these fields are left blank, please complete the following:
    Project: left blank if the invoice does not relate to a project
    Mission: left blank if the invoice does not affect an assignment
    Företagsnr / ID: fill in företagsnr / id on the client
    Payers: (insert payers if there will be another consignee)
    Billing type: select Detailed
    Invoice: select Manual
    Payment Terms: automatically retrieved from the customer card (consignee), but can be changed just for this invoice by selecting the payment terms, the drop
    VAT code: downloaded automatically from the customer card
    Currency: downloaded automatically from the customer card
    Exchange rate downloaded automatically
    Language: downloaded automatically (Swedish for domestic customers
    and English for overseas customers)
    Seller: select the seller from the drop - can be left blank
    Our ref: enter the reference details - can be left blank
    Your ref: fill in the reference details - can be left blank
    Customer order no: fill in the order code - can be left blank
    First day in period: left blank
    The last day of the period: left blank
    Internal Text: This text is not written on the invoice - read internally
    External Text: This text is printed on the invoice to the customer
    Customer's best dat: fill in the date of order - can be left blank
    When finished, press the button: * Save invoice *.
    The invoice saved !

  • Create invoice lines *

    Please complete the following:
    Row # 10 (not filled automatically, manually enter the row #)
    Item: fill in the item if it relates to an article left blank if it does not relate to Article
    Number 1 is filled automatically, change the number of desired
    Rate of exchange: price is automatically retrieved from the item register if item is completed, otherwise fill in the price that smokers
    Unit Code: automatically retrieved from Article Directory, st (each) filled in automatically, modify if necessary
    Project: select a project from the drop-if not leave blank
    External Text: this text is printed on the invoice
    When the first invoice line is finished proceed in the same way with the next invoice 20.
    Once all invoice lines are registered and ready, press save !
    For a closer look at each invoice tap the magnifying glass. If the item is to be charged a particular cost center or account etc.. does this to enter information (see yellow arrow) on the invoice line.

    Enter the cost center as desired (see yellow arrow above).
    It is also possible to add the accounting model for revenue. Select a receipt template in the dropdown list * Posting Small * (eg a billing related to three months).
    Save the changes by pressing the button: * Save invoice item *.
    Back in the preliminary invoice press save.

    Once the invoice is ready for billing press: * Insert ready for billing *. Changes in the invoice can not be done when the invoice is ready for billing.
    Unable to render embedded object: File (worddavac97e872b87824f144b6061f4acd98c2.png) not found.
    If desired, modifications can be made separately set back to * Preliminary * by pressing the button: * Insert preliminary *. Then you can make changes to the bill again. If desired, you can delete the invoice by pressing the button: * Remove invoice *.
    Once the invoice has the status * ready for billing * can preview invoice by pressing * Preview * invoice. Select the invoice template and preview the invoice.
    Once the invoice is completed and translated * ready for billing * print it by pressing the button: * Print Invoice *. After this, the invoice status * Invoiced *, which means that the invoice is completed and invoiced, and can not be changed.
    Select the invoice template and print the invoice.
    Now the invoice is ready and can be sent to customers.


  • CREATE BUSINESS / CONSUMER *
    To create the invoice, the customer must be in the customer register. Is it a new client, we must first add the customer prior to billing.
    To add a new customer press * Add business *.
    Fill out the form
    Företagsnr / id: Customer (do not collide with existing customer number)
    Company Name: Company Name
    Street Address / PO Box: Address
    Zip Code: Zip Code
    Location: City
    Country: Country
    Language: Select * Swedish * for domestic customers (Sweden)
    Select * English * for overseas clients
    Moms: Select * 25% * for domestic customers (Sweden)
    Select * 0% * EU foreign customers in the EU
    Select * 0% * for overseas non-EU customers
    Currency: Select the currency that the customer will be billed in
    Clients: Select * Domestic * customers for domestic customers (Sweden)
    Select * Utlänska ** EU * For EU Customers
    Select * Utlänska *, * N ** EU * for non-EU customers
    Save the Customer by pressing the * Save *.

    Now, customers should be created and saved.
    Now you can begin billing for this customer.
