Jeeves flow chart on time reporting

Jeeves flow chart on invoicing

You can search by customer, Assignment or Free text

Then you select the project in the list and are presented with a form to edit properties of the project, assignment, company(customer), pricelist, subproject and planned events.
In the project view are information on the project. For a detailed documentation on these fields see jeeves documentation (attached document).

Operations in projects are the operations that are selectable in the time reporting page. If no operation is selected (as in the example below) , all operations will be selectable.

Project members are the persons that are able to report time on the project.

In company, you enter information about the customer.

In assignment, you enter data on the pricing. It is important that a pricelist and a pricing type is selected, otherwise reported hours will not get any price and spent hours will not be invoiced.
The invoice type need to be "detailed" if the comments written in the time report should be included in the invoice.

For information about pricing see [Jeeves documentation.|]
In price list you enter prices for the hours that will be invoiced. You can set a price/h on an operation or person or category of persons (e.g. senior consultant).

In event planning you can enter planned events. These are selectable in the time report, and can be useful as a complement to operations when there are events that are limited in time.

The last tab determines which time types are selectable in the time report. If no time types are selected, all time types are selectable.
