When Grouping box is checked, you can choose to group on a category by checking the checkbox in the table header (see Person in the picture above).
Attest constant approves or denies hours by checking the box to the left and press Approve or Deny (One can only deny when Grouping pane is not checked). Rejected rows are rejected to reporter for correction, they are marked with a red frame in the timereport. Approved hours are released for billing.

When the Grouping box is not checked a row may be edited by clicking on the "Select" button at the left of the row.
